Please try to come to the surgery whenever possible since facilities are far better for examination and treatment.

If you feel a home visit is essential please telephone as early in the day as possible, as this enables the doctors to plan their visits according to the urgency of each problem. You may be asked by a receptionist in confidence to discuss your problem on the telephone with the doctor so that the urgency of the visit may be assessed.
