PRACTICE COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

We always try to give you the best possible service. However, there will be times when you feel this has not happened and will want to know why.

Dr Muir or Sarah Harcher, in the first instance, will document your complaint and inform you of the procedure under our practice based complaints procedure.
Alternatively, if you prefer to make your complaint to someone else rather than to the practice directly, please contact:
